MODULAR HOME

The home arrived to the site in four pieces, ready to be set on the new foundation. A portion of the exterior of the home was nearing completion and the interior arrived with drywall, cabinets and counter-tops. After the home was set on the foundation, a construction team worked to secure the home together and complete the finishes. To further complete the home, some on-site features were also added; for example, a wrap around deck with roof and a small covered deck off the master bedroom. The decks and windows were designed to capitalize the home’s spectacular views of the Elk Mountain Range.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths in its 2,000 square feet of above-grade space. A large open living area was maximized to accommodate frequent gatherings and fulfill the family’s lifestyle needs. The 1,000 square foot below-grade space houses the mechanical equipment, laundry, a playroom and an additional bedroom and full bath for guests.

The exterior provides a combination of textures with horizontal lap siding and vertical board-and-battens. The entire exterior is stained gray to unify the overall structure. A red entry door and red clad windows add an elegant, yet rustic finish detail.
